Books: Yasser Badry Dr. Ali Jumaa, Chairman of the Religious Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Misr Al -Khair Foundation, stressed the importance of the role of civil society institutions in besieging corruption, during his speech at the conference "Activation of the role of civil action organizations in combating corruption" held on December 6, in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the General Union of Societies and NGOs. "Jumaa" pointed out that corruption, such as disobedience, will not end, but we must fight and restrict it, and that awareness of corruption works to resist it, as fighting corruption is the closest action to God. Dr. Ali Jumaa explained that the launch of the initiatives undertaken by the civil societies to eliminate corruption is characterized by achieving success on the ground and supported by many institutions because they come into contact with the citizen and his interests. Stressing that Egypt Al -Khair designed a program of values ​​and life, and the project began in cooperation with young people on righteousness and piety and eliminating the aspects of corruption for 5 years at the level of 27 governorates, explaining that setting criteria for success and accountability, could be surrounded by corruption. The conference aims to maximize the role of civil society organizations in promoting and protecting integrity and fighting corruption. Through enhancing transparency and integrity in the work environment and educating the community about the dangers of corruption, its causes and effects, it also deals with the study of the phenomenon of corruption and the performance of proposals that contribute to limiting it, as the conference aims to discuss promoting accountability, integrity, transparency, justice, and building regional and national alliances and networks with the concerned agencies By combating corruption and coordination with it to exchange information, transfer experiences and benefit from various experiences.
